The Service

Collie provides software for qualifying inbound leads, scheduling meetings, and following up with contacts. We may update, change, or discontinue features of the Service at any time.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the information you provide and for any activity carried out through your account or connected third-party accounts.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, use it to send unlawful or unsolicited communications, or use it in violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third-party services, such as Google Calendar, that you choose to connect. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them. Our use of information from Google APIs is described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its content and software, is owned by Collie and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service as permitted by these Terms.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Collie will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
